I received an HDMI/Ethernet/USB-A hub with Power Delivery. I connected it to a Lenovo P50 workstation laptop that has a Thunderbolt USB-C port on the back. He managed to run a 24-inch monitor with an HDMI port. It is connected to the internet via an Ethernet port. It didn't charge the laptop or run the wireless keyboard + mouse. This adapter is more expensive than what I was looking for, but also more powerful. I wanted an adapter that would allow me to use the Thunderbolt 3 port to connect an HDMI cable so I could watch videos on my TV. It does. Also, I can use the same Thunderbolt port to connect a wired Ethernet connection and two USB 3.0 devices. This allows me to set up my laptop with a large monitor, an external mouse, an external keyboard, and a wired internet connection. Pretty good throughput for a small port.
