Great for inside the house but.
These shoes are adjustable which makes them great. They did make my big toe joints sore the first few times wearing them b/c they are like walking on squishy foam so I guess I was gripping them with my toes too much. Now that I am used to wearing them they are comfortable, however, these shoes are slippery when they get wet and since they are raised due to the soles it makes for a scary trip outside in the rain, to use poolside or in the shower. At least that has been my experience. I do find them great to wear around the house and outdoors when it is dry.
