Review on Linsoul Electrostatic Adjustable Detachable Audiophile by Barb Bosch

I LOVE them even though they are different.

So with this... I like and prefer the sound signature of this IEM. It doesn't sound "normal" in the sense that nothing I've heard sounds like it, my first experience with anything other than BA, DD or Planar. Although I prefer the sound, 2 others have tried it and said it sounds weird and they prefer the P1. I'm the opposite in that comparison lol. - Sound/Tips - I think the fit reduces some of the issues I have with the fit and the angle of the IEM doesn't touch my ear properly. I prefer Spiral Dots, it brings the nozzle very close to your ear. ear canal and makes the overall sound brighter and clearer. In terms of tonal preferences I like the foams some have mentioned New Bees etc or even the gray foams that come with the P1. It sounds more balanced to my liking and might help with the soundstage a bit, but that might just be my imagination. Bass is present as others have said, overall more enjoyable for me for that reason. It's not the tightest bass I've heard, but it works great when you add some low end, and it's defined well enough that I don't think there will be many complaints. . The lower mids are present and well defined, in my opinion there is no noticeable swelling or bleeding hiding them. The problem with the upper middle and her scream. I like mids that can hit your face and a boost does that with vocals. They operate in a mix that can be great and has so much clarity that some find it unnaturally clean. To be honest it reminds me of my modded hd58x where you mute the driver to sound more like a 660 as a benchmark for some. I love it because it can resolve information and it's fast, so nothing sounds harsh to me, it just comes across as intense to that vocal section etc. The highs aren't whistling, but are very detailed/fast. You feel like you're getting all the information, it's just not as straight forward as the vocals. For Soundstage presentations this is great for me as it adds more space and means complex music or just very busy tracks have more separation and it's easier to keep track of the details being presented to you. There is also no tinny sound with high-frequency timbre. So it fits as a fast, detailed, real, airy/open sound, doesn't sound like a metallic nasal noise hitting your eardrum and doesn't attack your ears, ssssssss etc. lol - final thoughts - until someone - something likes them Don't yell that IEM, I have no problem with that. I find it awkward at times with the vocals and guitars sometimes fighting for space on the soundstage but I like what I hear and I wouldn't trade that little crap. I found myself drawn to classical music like the Witcher 3 soundtrack or found my best recorded music to take to the next level. I can't reproduce them enough, just be aware that the sound might not be for everyone as you get what appears to be a very analytical sound, think more of hd660 or dt1990.
