It was in PERFECT condition, my little boy was so happy to open it this Christmas! He's too young to care about more advanced systems, so I (we) are very happy! The games are also cheaper as it is an older model. Win/win for our family!

The product information says you get a controller and headset with the Xbox, I didn't get it either. I'm not overly concerned about this since my friend has old Xbox 360 controllers, but if it counts as part of what I'm paying for I assume I'll get it.

Scratched console, no power supply, no controller, no HDMI cables. I contacted the seller and he told me none of this is guaranteed, although the picture and description clearly states all that goes with it. I don't know if this paperweight works at all. That's the poor thing.

bought this for my daughter and it arrived as described. She plays it all the time and loves the extra games I bought her. The seller sent quickly and the packaging is excellent. Basically this computer works for me. It kept opening and closing by itself or turning itself off, which can be very annoying. So I removed the faceplate, still beep-beep, open-close. So I ended up removing the entire case, pulling out the drive and loading the game I wanted to play onto my hard drive.
