When I ordered these pajamas, it was not clear that they were for "Big & Tall" (these words did not appear when the pants were placed in the "trolley". was), and I ordered my husband's regular size, Large (he weighs about 160 pounds and is 6ft 1in tall). However, they were too big, so I switched them back to medium, and medium fits much better; and my husband loved the elastic waistband (no annoying drawstrings!). The material is nice and feels very soft - the pants are machine washable and dry well. Good value for money so I highly recommend them and plan to buy more for my husband, in different colors (hopefully MORE colors will be offered in the future!). :-)
