Love love love this product's cuteness and sturdiness. However, I forgot about function when bringing my two loves together (giraffes and the color turquoise). Everyone adores and comments on my unique paper towel holder. However, there is NO lever, or clip or extra appendage to keep the paper towels from unrolling (keep them in place). I need to take the end, pull it up, and tuck it into the top thus creating a "toga" look! While its not hard to untuck it, pull off a new one and retuck, it IS difficult when trying to do that with one hand. I went back to look at other animals, thinging maybe it was just the giraffe that was missing a "stay in place" piece, but alas, all of these cute heavy, paper towel holders are like that. But for me, it fits soooo perfectly in my office and with my office decor---that I just HAVE to keep it! But its still only 31/2 stars!
