This great toy has many different functions. We are only interested in this strange sequence of very fast flashes of light and noise, which occur randomly but quite frequently. The light isn't very bright, but when the toy is pressed against the child's face, that rapid blinking appears to be a seizure in the child, who may have epilepsy or another risk of seizures. We keep turning off the lights because it's a little unsettling to see our daughter mesmerized by such a strange light show. I'm not sure if anyone else felt it.
