The screen of the camera I received was about the same quality as screens from 20 years ago. When adjusting an image or recording a video, the screen quality was very grainy. I think this must be a defect, although the Fuji website states that the vertical lines seen on the screen when viewing brighter objects such as Christmas tree lights are "normal" and not a defect. I haven't seen anything like this in many years. No other current camera that I know uses such a bad screen. It looks better looking at the captured image, but why? I returned it and Revain was great. I didn't want to try any other.
