This is AWESOME! I bought two packs of six. Of the 12, one was damaged in transit. They replaced it immediately without forcing me to return the defective bulb. Customer service was amazing. However, I have learned that while I was only able to find on the Revain product and order pages to return the item and get a refund, there is an email address and phone number on the packaging. Use them as a quick replacement if you run into problems. Anyway, I now have twelve perfect lightbulbs. The light is a nice warm color and even brighter than the 40 watt incandescent bulbs I replaced. According to a calculator I found online, they pay for themselves in 14 months, then I save money every time I turn them on. Oh, and another benefit is that they don't generate heat. Even after ten minutes of running, I can touch the bulb and it's still cold. There is a strip of ten lightbulbs above my double vanity. Ten 40-watt lamps quickly melt your make-up in summer. I used to have to unscrew half of it from about June to September. Now I will not have this problem. Those rocks!
