USB cable always falls off by default.
this item is nice, only negative, the USB cable, when I try to connect to the device, the part that connects to the device does not stay up, easily falls straight out, and when I tried to to connect my laptop, the part that is easy falls out, I have to insert and hold it firmly for it to even come on, this part needs to be longer or at least have a wall plug. That's the only bad part about it, until I find a part that fits better so I can test this product better, while I'm half disappointed with it because of the USB cable that comes out of the unit easily.
