Review on Deepcool Redhat CPU cooler, white/red/black by Wiktor Wiater ᠌

Acquired this cooler under percent. AMD Ryzen 3900xt. When rendering, due to the undulating load, it makes noise at high speeds, the rest of the time it is quite quiet. A tap of 250 watts is, of course, overkill, it will not cope with such a load, but it has not failed even once. The processor temperature at maximum load does not exceed 87 degrees (which is quite normal for the 3900). At idle it's about 50 degrees. When installing on am4, I found that the standard fan overlaps slots 1 and 2 for RAM. I had to buy a thinner fan. Installation is not the most convenient. In general, the cooler copes with its tasks, one of the best in its price segment. But there is a moment of experience that with a further increase in the load, it may not be able to cope with cooling.
