Review on ๐ŸŒ™ Night Prowler: Rapture's Edge, Book 3 by Cheri Greene

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Gripping paranormal romantic suspense.

This is the third book in the Night Prowler series. We return to a world where feline werewolves known as Ikati hide among humans. Most like to stay in the background, but there are those who don't, and a war is coming that most people don't know about. Death. She lives to take revenge on her father's killers and to fulfill his dream of going out into the world. But there's so much she doesn't know about her father's plans, the truth about his betrayal of her race. Sometimes what your eyes see is misinterpreted, and those who thought you were traitors have not betrayed you. The truth is absolute, but first Elaina must find and accept those truths. Demetrius, a werewolf-class warrior, is tormented. He searches for Eliana, the woman he loves who believes she has killed her father in vain for the past three years. Fate then brings her into the public eye and he now runs to save her and protect her from Ikati's men and assassins who were out to attack the rebels of her clan, which they believe is a part of to court. It is a pleasure to read, her descriptions are so vivid that you are immersed in the story and mesmerized by a fairy tale. This story was filled with mystery, gripping suspense and tragic romance. The characters have depth, they are strong and independent, but noble. I chose the hero in order to find the heroine, show her the truths she does not know and convince her of my love and eternal devotion. It was nice to see former characters make cameo appearances, they're still an integral part of the current storyline but not the focus of this book. The ending brought some interesting surprises that made the reader look forward to continuing this series that gets better and better with each book. JT Geissinger does not disappoint.
