I have received the 3 inch version for over 2 months now. This topper feels AMAZING when you first lay on it. It's soft yet supportive and hugs your body just right. The problem is that when you lay on it and it starts to warm up from your body temperature, it loses support. It softens too much and you start to drown in it. Cooler and tighter body regions make it difficult to choose where to sleep. If the firmness stayed the same all the time in bed this would be an absolute 5 star mattress topper, but alas. I wake up with lower back pain from sleeping in the U position. Unfortunately the returns window is closed and I'm stuck with that. Don't let the good reviews fool you.
