These are the worst jewelry tools I have ever owned. They are rough and full of burrs. The flexible part of the cutter has no function at all and does not open automatically when pressed. It also doesn't close completely. Needle nose pliers are a joke. One side is twice the size of the other. They also don't close completely and, like flat-nosed pliers, have ridges that completely surround the flat part. Producers don't bother sending out such complete garbage shows.
