I bought two for some projects around the house and after a little reading and basic YouTube instructions they were easy to install even if I'm a beginner like me . . The sides of the plug itself were clearly color coded and manufactured for easy installation as I didn't need to refer to the outside material - you just need to make sure you know which color code series your cable uses and follow the A series or B at the top or bottom of the sticker card. I used a cheap punch/peel tool I got on Amazon with a crimping kit on mine and got a good connection all round. Would definitely buy again if needed!
