It's a beautiful bracelet, but I have to significantly remold the bracelet each time I take it on & off (which is no more than once a day) to get it to fit comfortably. According to the directions sent with the bracelet, it's probably the wrong size, but since they don't offer an x-small I don't really have another option. In the week since receiving the bracelet, I've noticed an improvement in my arthritis, but I've also started a few other measures to treat my arthritis recently, too. At the very least it's a beautiful bracelet for an affordable price.
