The ability of creating campaigns with multiple channels at once is great! It's also very easy to integrate other platforms like social media or email services so we don't have to switch between different software anymore. I dislike how sometimes when i'm writing an e-mail campaign there isn't any way to see what kind of content will be sent next unless i go back into my account which takes me away from where im working right now.
