Brilliant Service from Very Friendly Agents
The staff are very friendly & helpful with any queries or problems I had they were always quick enought answer my emails/phones calls within minutes! There isn't anything that i dislike about this service but if there was then it would have been their customer care team who could be more proactive when dealing wih customers issues which can sometimes take ages before someone gets back too them - just wait longer than expected!! Their services make life so much easier especially during long periods without internet access (which happens often).

- Easy to use system, easy for me as an individual user no technical knowledge needed at all.all done through phone call etc., great support from techs in case you need help setting up your account correctly; good speeds even though we're rural areas awayfrom major cities.etc..and excellent prices compared other providers out here where our town is located !!!! :)
