I like how easy it was to set up my account, as well as all their customer service reps were very helpful! We have been able use this tool since we started using our own email address instead of Gmail or Yahoo accounts (this has helped with spam filters). Sometimes you can't do something right away when signing in but they are quick at responding by phone if needed so no complaints there either. They also offer free training sessions via live webinars which really helps understand what your options are before spending money elsewhere. This software allows us keep track of leads sent through different methods such as emails/social media posts etc., allowing me access from anywhere without having an office full time dedicated just for prospecting purposes only.
