When we first got this faucet, I loved it. However, within a couple of days, it started turning on by itself when nobody is in the room. I have tried to work with the seller who asked for video of the faucet turning itself on. Since I'm not in the room usually when it happens, and don't have a video camera set up on the faucet 24/7, it's pretty hard to catch but it usually happens a couple times a day or I hear it turn on when I'm in bed at night. I sent the seller photos of the faucet and the parts underneath along with the model number, etc., which I'm sure he has as he is the one who sold it to me. He then stated he needed photos of the sensor under the sink. My husband is in his 70's and needs shoulder surgery but I asked him to get under the sink once again to photograph the sensor. Now the seller says the photos of the sensor aren't clear enough. I can't ask my husband to get under there again, he's in too much pain and I don't want to have to call a plumber for this. So basically, the faucet doesn't really work, or at least the touch sensor doesn't work which is why I chose this faucet. The seller has not sent a replacement, just keeps asking for video, more photos, etc., instead of just sending me a new faucet. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.
