You have to use two hands to insert the phone - reverse side compared to my old vent grip. It also smells TERRIBLE, a really toxic plastic smell. I had to leave it out of the car for weeks before I could put up with it there. I hope he's stopped gassing now. Also the plastic clip that attaches it to the vent isn't very flexible and is difficult to attach initially (actually scratches the plastic on the vent) and after a while it stretches and loosens, easy to fall off to twist the vent off a corner or removing the phone. All in all not a good buy. There are other brands that do this better and without the horrible smell.
