
I purchased this super product from Samsung in August 2022, until the last moment of use there were no complaints. After six months of acquisition, the vaunted gorilla glass cracked for no reason: the smartphone did not drop, did not throw, just suddenly a crack appeared. When contacting the company's service center, a warranty case was not found. But they refused to repair under warranty, only for a fee - about 13 thousand. When contacting technical support on the official Samsung website, they also referred to an alleged non-warranty case - mechanical damage. But my case is not an isolated one, a lot of such causeless glass cracks are described on the forums, but this does not affect technical support in any way - it unsubscribes in general terms, no specifics. So I am deeply disappointed with Samsung and I do not advise anyone to buy smartphones from this company, especially the Edge series, besides, the Galaxy S7 Edge is now actively advertised.
