Please note that this device is USED. It wasn't entirely clear to me and I ordered it without knowing it, but as soon as I got it I was ready to enjoy my used GPS. I plugged it into my computer and the app said it needed software updates and map updates which would take about 3 hours. I tried running the updates multiple times and each time it crashed after about 20 minutes. I looked at the non-updated device just to check. The device itself used Miami as its home map, and it wasn't clear how to change it. I sent it back saying a software/map update was stuck. The seller, CTGINC, emailed me to say it was working fine and so withheld a $4.68 restocking fee.
