Love this for long runs in the heat. That works great! I fill it with ice and water, seal it, then turn it over and suck the water out until the air comes out. That way it doesn't squeeze much (that noise drives me crazy). It's light and doesn't rub. It's much cheaper than others! YOU MUST bite and pull hard or you won't get water. That should calm down over time. Then push back if it doesn't seal itself. NO LEAK. That's cool. The only minor complaint is that the blue mouthpiece cap came loose on my light hit. It's still usable and I never needed a lid anyway. I love it better than the camelback I ordered that leaked!
