Perfect sneakers for active kids! They are lightweight and easy for children to put on. Since they don't know how to tie them, these laces stay tied longer (given the rope lacing) and boys can just slide them to the right. The back is more like a rubber material that helps slide easily in the back of the head. As I have two 5 year old twins these shoes are easy to put on and save me time on busy school mornings. They've been wearing them almost every day since March while biking, hiking, going to the park, and riding their scooters. They hold up very well.
