We have some larger and more traditional camp chairs that are good for car camping or children's sporting activities, but they were starting to wear out and we were looking for an alternative for what would be lighter and smaller in packaging - they were almost perfect for all needs! It took a few minutes to install it the first time, but we've probably spent about 30 seconds on average since then. It's not as fast as our old chairs and it might be difficult for our teens to stuff sticks into cloth bags, but it's a compromise I'm willing to make for something SO EASY to carry. We haven't had it long enough to comment on durability, but I'll come back and update my review if it breaks or wears out quickly.
