You need to look at the size chart to see if they fit you. I wore shoes to the two day festival and was on my feet all day. They held up really well. It's comfortable there. The only problem is that the second day I charged them and turned them on, one shoe turned out to have failed and didn't charge at all. You should try to make sure they are fully charged before using them. For future products they should try to include some kind of battery monitoring sword so you know how much battery you have left when using it.
