It's great. Here's how I got these sheets: I bought several sets of 300k percale, 600 satin, 800 satin, 600 plain weave and this 400 thread set. THIS IS THE ONLY SET I KEEP. My husband wants a very breathable sheet, I want something soft (not hard). 600 and 800 didn't breathe enough for my husband, 300 was very stiff/rough and uncomfortable on my skin. There are definitely better records out there. But for under $100 for King Sheets, this is the best I've found for what I wanted. Note: They are cotton, wrinkle but flatten out well on bed and won't stand out while you sleep.
