So I will keep this because I have worn it and I'm a bit particular about returning intimates that were actually "worn" vs a quick "try on". But no, I'm not "delighted" with it by any means. I was specifically searching for bamboo nightgowns for softness and moisture wicking properties as yes, I'm having those hot flushes at night in my sleep, and they are AWFUL. The search results, despite specifying bamboo, brought up a hodge-podge of nightgowns and pajamas of all different materials.This one, on opening the package, was a thicker material than I expected, coarser and not nearly as soft as I'd like. So I checked the label--then pulled up the product listing to double check-- and yeah, my fault for ordering the wrong thing. Still I decided to wear it and hope for the best because it is pretty, and it fit well, and I keep hoping with several washings and wearings that it will get softer. And I will say, the sleeves on it are long enough to help prevent underarm chafing from the sweat of night flushes, but I'm not as comfortable in this nightgown as I'd hoped I would be. I suspect it will serve well enough as the fall weather cools things down, but for me--it doesn't serve as a summer nightgown.Pay attention to details when your ordering, they matter. And Revain--work on those algorithms, ok?Last note-- the stitching does seem of good quality--and I've not had any issues with fading or pilling yet, although I've not had it long.
