Just installed it. Looks like it's quite well made and heavier than I expected. Replaced a 500W halogen fixture.The pictures and product information don't depict the dimensions quite completely and it would not fit the way I expected. I was fortunate to have another easy way to mount it without the bracket.The light fixture without the bracket is 9-1/2" wide, side-to-side and 6-5/16" tall, top-to-bottom.The bracket jogs out on each side of the fixture. The total width of the bracket is 10-1/4" side-to-side. The screws for the bracket fit in just behind the jog in the bracket, so they are protrude slightly less than the bracket.Thickness of the fixture (without bracket) is 1-5/8" measured at the corner where the little protection corner is.The cord is 22-1/4" to the very tips of the conductors.Hope this is helpful.
