Excellent Boxing Training Tool!
This speed bag is an amazing addition to my boxing training equipment .The leather quality is top-notch and it has excellent bounce. It is perfect for improving hand-eye coordination, accuracy, and speed. The size is perfect for intermediates and the adjustable straps make it easy to set up. The only con would be that it takes some time to properly inflate and adjust the straps. Overall a great investment for any sports and outdoors enthusiasts looking to improve their boxing skills..
