Despite the fact that the product was defective, the seller's service was excellent. I previously wrote a review about the quality of the product and it wasn't cheap. When I first met the seller, a refund was issued without asking. I originally purchased two items and after my verification and without my insistence I was given a full refund. While the product ordered was inferior, the service was over the top. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller in the future. I also lost my photos thinking I had successfully transferred them to that flash drive. Without complaining, I asked the seller for information, thinking I had missed something. They refunded me a disc and said it was probably a system issue. Then I tried the second CD I bought and the same thing happened. It looks like it works sometimes and sometimes it says it worked and it actually does the steps and takes time to do it but when you check not all the files have been transferred. Don't waste your time or money.
