We just received these lovely boots this morning (replacing obviously used ones that were sent to us yesterday) and after wearing them for a few hours the insole of one of the boots broke. It literally falls apart. It's so frustrating because the boots themselves seem very durable and adorable but now she doesn't want to wear them anymore because the insole fell apart and hurt her foot. I was willing to give that 4-5 stars but the fact that the insole fell apart the morning we received it is unforgivable.
