I haven't bought a coat for years, get through the winters in a cardigan, my husband and I fight over the American eagle (because I bought it for him, but I wear it more than he does .) So I wanted to make sure my first adult coat purchase was A++. We just got wind of this arctic blast and let me tell you that no part of my body covered with this coat felt 15-20 degree weather.
