It's so easy! I use the eyeshadow brush that came with it to apply. You can use color first but I prefer to only use over bare nails. Top coat, then just polish the nail with a sponge, another top coat and you're done. I don't know if this will work with regular nail polish, I've only used gel nail polish on my hair. FYI I use this on one hand (I do different polishes on each hand) probably once a month. I bought it a year ago and the only reason I have to reorder it is because I accidentally knocked it over. Small things have a big impact. I've seen manicure tutorials where they do it. You really don't need much with that. A small smear is enough. I painted my nails last night with the dust left in the container. I've tried other brands and they don't run as smoothly, don't look as good and certainly don't last as long.
