Great product that saves time and money in HR/Payroll
I like that it's very easy for me as an admin user who never set up shop online before but now needs it daily - we use this software in all facets within my organization (from HR/Payroll). The fact they are constantly working towards fixing things makes you feel more comfortable with using their product than other companies out there! There isn't much dislike about OW at present; however if anything were not addressed by your team would be having less options when looking into different products which could benefit us greatly!! My department has saved so many hours everyday due to being able to access payroll files remotely without needing someone physically going through each file or taking too long doing manual tasks such as editing dates etc.

- The ease of access to files and information and how well it's laid out and easy for users to navigate and find what they need
- I've not experienced any dislikes of OW and feel it offers everything we need for our needs however I do wish there were more options available for our needs if we were to need something else in the future
