Glass has distortions like a cheap mirror. But they block blue light really well, and it's not too bad - if you really need it, you might pay more. For me they are sporadic. A few tips to reduce eye strain (although not all will help you relax): Lower the brightness - the flashlight shines in your eyes all day. Use dark mode whenever possible and consider dark website plugins for your browser. White is made for paper - White on screen is a bright light shining on your face. Gray is a very faint light. Less light, less load (and possibly longer battery life). Use apps to filter blue light. They exist for mobile devices and all PCs. Some systems even have a temporary setting that turns off the blues in the evenings. Or do it 24/7 if you don't mind losing color on some things. If this is not possible, for example on an office computer where you cannot change settings, glasses will help you. These will do it cheaply, they're not that bad. My eyes get used to it over time, but I feel like I'm tensing my eye muscles to focus on it. IDK which is worse.
