Best Blister Protection for Hikers

If you are a hiker or hiker this tape can be used to prevent/treat blisters. I work in a marching brigade, so all summer I spend nine days in a row in the forest. Needless to say, blisters are a fact of life! Unlike moleskin or tape, this tape stays in place even if you sweat or get your feet wet crossing a river. I usually leave it on for three days without putting on a new strip, but I wear it much longer and it doesn't fall off. I usually cover my problem areas before going out and this prevents blisters from forming. I've used it to cover active blisters, but since it's very sticky I'd suggest applying another bandage (I use a small piece). Tegaderm) over the blister and cover with Leucotape to prevent the tape from sticking to the damaged skin. The role is big, enough for me for the whole season. I buy two packs to give to my teammates. Get this stuff!
