Got this remote a few months ago after my son accidentally broke my remote. I was a bit hesitant to buy the generic option, but buying a different one from a Ford dealer wasn't an option due to the price. I wanted to wait a while to review this item because I wanted to be sure it worked. Although the illustrations on the buttons are not quite the same as on the retailer-issued remote, this remote works well. All the buttons on the remote work the same as they did on my old remote, so I definitely think this is a winner!
