Pretty good on accessories

I like it because I had a lot of trouble finding something to attach to the dashboard. However, my problem is that I have a typical iPhone XR and a very light case and my phone keeps slipping off. I followed the instructions to install the magnet and it says use the clear sticker that came with it and stick the magnet under the case at the top and it still slides. Not sure how to fix the problem.
