Get it and get it now.

TL:DR? It is one of the best fryers on the market with excellent performance and large capacity. Construction: This is a giant fryer. Its basket holds up to 3.5 liters of food and is equipped with an intelligent system. It has vents on the top and back of the fryer, and the body features "Cool Touch" technology that prevents the body from getting hot enough to burn yourself. However, there are still parts on the fryer (namely the vents) that can still get very hot, so it is strongly discouraged to touch them outside of the basket handle and control panel during use. The tray and basket are dishwasher safe and can be easily cleaned by hand if needed. The control panel will only activate when the tray is fully inserted (and plugged in) into the fryer. The temperature and time can be adjusted according to the needs of the recipe, and for products that need to be turned, these settings are saved even after waking up from sleep mode. It has safety features so the fryer will only work when the tray is in place, although you may have to end the session if the food runs out prematurely. A free recipe book is included with the instructions. Fried: Wow. I honestly don't know how I ever lived without it. After ordering I was planning to cook chicken nuggets in it but there was no recipe. Luckily for me, the recipe book had one and I had all the ingredients in my pantry (breadcrumbs, eggs, flour, salt/pepper, chicken). When I turned on the fryer, it was already set to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and 10 minutes, so I didn't have to adjust anything. After 5 minutes I took out the basket, turned my nuggets over and put them back in. It rang (pretty loud/sharp) when it was done and I cut off the biggest piece there. The nuggets were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It was fully cooked and had a light browning on the "crust"/breading. Wonderful. I made the second batch right after the first. This was made a minute early, but I think that's because the chicken was a few pieces (one or two) smaller AND it was still warm from the first batch. Pulling the tray out and reinserting it a few times didn't confuse the fryer. He still remembered the settings and how much time was left. While doing this previously, I had to reinsert the empty tray so I could turn it off/clear the settings. I think that's the only downside to the deep fryer. We were very impressed with its cooking ability, the quality of the meat after cooking (juicy, tender chicken, crispy breading) and how easy it was to prepare. For those using recipes, we found the cooking time to be long. It didn't take 10 minutes to cook the nuggets, but more like 30 or 40, so keep that in mind, especially when preparing meals for the hungry and youngsters. Allow yourself enough time for this. The quality of cooking reminded me of a cross between fried and baked goods. It's the best of both worlds. + Pros: + Cooks phenomenally in a short amount of time + Recipe book is full of healthy and convenient dishes (and very tasty!) + Good alternative to frying and baking + Safer to use (especially around small children) + Smart, adjustable temperature and Time sensor (remembers your settings and remaining time)+Large volume (3.5 liters)+"Cool Touch" for the body (although touching is still not recommended)+Does not work when the basket is full (extra security feature) - Cons: - Large (can take up a lot of desk space) - Medium/shorter cord length - Cannot be under a cabinet or wall during use (proper airflow issues) - Need to reinsert the tablet to reset the settings to disable if food runs out early - Cooking time between successive batches may vary / be shorter (you may need to check foods earlier; true probably because the fryer is already warm). Tweetly, REALLY like this convection oven. Where has it been all my life? 5 out of 5 stars. The boss can be proud.
