I had some trouble getting the camera to work properly but was able to set it up at home and get it working. Along the way I updated the firmware and did a factory reset. The best part is that you have unlimited transfers for the first month, so it really helps to get that comfort level at which it works. Once I had to contact support via live chat and it was successful. I then took it to the field to install and to my surprise the cell signal was pretty good and the camera transmitted images very quickly. These aren't the best shots, but they're adequate. I am using a lithium battery and after a few days the status still shows 100% charge. I think this camera is a cheap phone camera. So far, so good.
