I really like bObsweep. Got this as a gift and really got Bob going. It won't completely do all the household chores for you, but it will certainly make a great partner. I usually use Bob when I'm in a hurry and need to clean other parts of the house and have Bob sweep at the same time. I use it at least twice a week to collect dog hair around the house. I have a small house > 1000 square feet and it easily covers it. I'm not sure how it will perform in a larger area. I recommend buying if you need an inexpensive sweeper. Here are some pros and cons that might be helpful. Pros: Fits under sofas and beds and can sweep hard-to-reach places. Price. Compared to some other vacuum robots, this price is hard to beat. This one costs significantly less than the others and works just as well. Battery Life - It has really good battery life and finds a charging station when needed. Saves time - allows me to tidy up other items around the house while Bob is working. Cons: I have a large rug with frayed ends. Because of these ends, Bob has trouble transitioning from wood to carpet. It's not a 100% robot, it still requires you to pick things up in its path and help it when it gets stuck. You can just hit on Bob and leave him. It has a scheduling feature, but it's almost impossible to use as it regularly gets stuck in my kitchen and on my carpet, so I have to be around while it's working. Hair is great but hair can get tangled in the brush requiring weekly cleaning.
