This is a quality product. While some others complained about the setup, it really wasn't that bad. IF you use two people! Doing it yourself is of course a little more difficult. I measured the window before installing it and trimmed it before installing the window, leaving about an inch excess to be sure. And because I started with the roll I already had two square sides (just cut to length and width on two sides) so I only had to cut two sides after installation. Peel off the backing, spray with plenty of soapy water and glue in place with one of you holding the two square sides, starting at the corner - voila! Take a razor blade/utility knife/Xacto knife and trim off the excess on both sides where you have excess. Then take a glass cleaner or credit card and "squeeze" out any bubbles. It was very quick and easy (much easier than I thought after reading other reviews) and the movie was perfect. My only problem is the opacity. We installed this in the shower where we have an outside window. The window is opaque, but not THAT opaque. So it should have added more privacy: it didn't add much. The neighbors probably enjoy the show, but after a while the exhibitionism starts to lose its appeal. While it clings perfectly to the window in this setting, it doesn't hide much from the outside world unless you move about 30 inches or more away from the window (or turn on the light) - which is impractical in the setting.
