Ordered 2 sets. Both came in excellent packaging. They weren't even installed! Both sets had a defective left outside mirror assembly. The up/down setting is locked and the glass is loose. Comparing the left and right side, the plastic part around the spring seems to be missing. On the left side you can see the spring, on the right side it is completely covered with a plastic cover. It appears to be a quality control issue in production. I really hope the replacement sets are better!
