Initially I had a lot of problems connecting/pairing this controller. I paid for 8bitdo and another similar dongle but none of the products are connected. Since the common denominator was the controller, I replaced it with a spare that the seller was able to ship well enough. Unfortunately the new one didn't work with those dongles either but it connected to my Win 10 bluetooth and worked great except for the audio but I attribute that to a software issue. Now I can play my Steam games. without any problems or delays, it works like a USB controller. The only problem I have is that the controller won't connect when I later go play. I have to navigate to the devices and wireless controller and then disable/forget the connection. Then I repeat the Bluetooth pairing again. I think it's a very low price as the controller is very very good. BTW, if you're connecting this controller as a Bluetooth device, don't select the "Everything Else" section with the Xbox controller listed. Select "Add Bluetooth with mice, keyboards, pens, etc." You will see the wireless controller as you complete the pairing process. Click on the wireless controller and it will pair - be patient this may take a few tries. I panicked when I saw the pairing code, but I just typed "0000" and it worked. Steam recognized this controller so nothing else was required, but you can tweak a few things in Steam if you'd like. I hope this helps you new players. there.
