The most beneficial thing about synergy is their flexibility. I'm able to work with them when it's convenient for me without sacrificing my benefits. Their customer service department has been great at helping us sort through any questions or concerns we have as well. It would be helpful if they had more office space that allowed for bigger offices; this makes scheduling difficult. They are very flexible and accommodating once you're approved! We've hired many temporary employees over the years who were not willing to commit long term. This allows our organization to take care of immediate needs while minimizing risk by having reliable people fill out-of-house roles until needed.
