The most beneficial thing about synergy is their flexibility. I'm able to work with them when it's convenient for me without sacrificing my benefits. Their customer service department has been great at helping us sort through any questions or concerns we have as well. It would be helpful if they had more office space that allowed for bigger offices; this makes scheduling difficult. They are very flexible and accommodating once you're approved! I like that they have great benefits for employees who work there such as medical insurance & dental plans! The only thing about them is their pay rate can be low at times (around $11-$12 an hour). It's hard to get hired without experience so this makes it difficult when trying to make more money or earn tips from customers because no one wants new people working with them unless you know what you're doing already.
