Yes, the bottle is small, but it has power. Think of it as part of your skincare routine, not a lip balm. The instructions should be applied twice a day. I've been using it since January and am about to order my third bottle. My lips are very hydrated and suddenly, I don't know how deep they are, my lips are a lot fuller. The effects are cumulative.
