Poor quality accessories
Microphone was not reliable. The headset was supposed to turn off when placed in the charging case, but it didn't. I had to manually turn it off and leave it out of the case if I wanted to hear notifications on my phone when the headset wasn't on. I found the earbud difficult to fit in and around my ear. It's never been comfortable.
